Plane

plane is the case of an action movie in which a stupid title—the most outstanding thing about it—is not an artistic statement, it's an excuse. If he could convince you that it is very simple, suddenly all of laziness with character development, intrigue, sequence of action, etc., It seems strange, if not known. Add the pitch of Gerard Butler in a self-rescue mission, saving his plane passengers and crew from angry Filipino militants after a crash landing, and lower expectations themselves

This shabby car is produced by Butler, who seems to make these films to avoid wearing super spandex or having to throw himself off a cliff like Tom Cruise. He's done better as the last action hero of a certain kind of movie, and the biggest problem with "airplane" all the time is that it's not much wilder; it doesn't adequately entertain enough in its open-ended stupidity. For its addictive concept that ultimately embraces " 80 seconds of more assertive storytelling than a handshake in "Predator," there are a lot of wasted moments in which director Jean-France ermois Richet tries to get a free pass of the genre not so much coasting but rushing to get the same

Things are looking for a" plane " when you are preparing for a big crash. Our main hero—the plane-is struck by lightning in a huge discord of brutal weather, knocking out its power and condemning him to an unexpected landing. With more of an atmosphere of "I can't believe this bad service," the 14 passengers on board gradually start to freak out; things get even dirtier when someone thinks they can unbuckle their seat belts. The sequence is cut with a punchy, happy-you-are-there intensity, and two illustrative stunts-nasty things involving heads and neck trauma-make a fixed point not to test gravity. Butler pilot Brody Torrance, who started the flight with some jokes at the level of Southwest Airlines over the intercom, performs some masculine maneuver and has co-pilot Samuel (Yuson Ann) over the course of ten minutes before they finally crash land on a remote island in the Philippines

During this turbulent lineage, it is very strange when the "plane" shows a close-up of a text message that has been drafted but is not long enough to read everything it says. But this is more of a hint that no characters have any significant point to this story, aside, perhaps, from the captured fugitive named Louis Gasparri (Mike Coulter), who was chained to an officer in the back of the plane. His history of committing murders later becomes useful when the flight lands in a gradually hostile territory. Brody, with his history in the RAF and a rifle in his pants secretly, brings him along the Mysterious Terrain to find help. Butler and Coulter set out to clearly fend off the bad guys, with little chemistry between them in the process

Everything changes for them when, after making a breakthrough in communications in a shady warehouse (bullets on the floor, not a cool sign), a bad guy sneaks up from behind and tries to kill Brody. The ensuing brawl is impressive, as the camera mostly catches Butler's face grappling with this bigger guy in tight places. But nothing is exciting or long-lasting from now on, even when Reshet tries to increase the danger with ruthless militiamen who roll up and kidnap Brody's passengers and crew. The "plane" rushes through its emotional and explosive beats so that it can get to the next crisis without having to fill in the previous one, wildly wandering over the goodies in the process. Hostage situations are quickly fixed, boring shootouts are carried out as if they were shot on different days, and even the cruel and quiet killer Coulter has his silence only to make his toughness interesting at a distance because he doesn't get much of a bow despite the initially ominous promise. It's just a bunch of action movie porridge, presenting the jungle terrain with a color tint that matches the wet sweat on Butler's shirt

The biggest scene stealer, really, is a shotgun, a very large shotgun brought in by some American Black Ops guys hired by the airlines who showed up later, which can fire bullets that fire missiles through car doors and explode rib cages. Gun has a sounder dramatic arc than any other heroes in this variety of action figures and stumbling cardboard cutouts and provides at least as bloody violence as "Rambo" (2008), given the film's sleazy development. (My preview audience adored the audible gun most of all and everyone in the " airplane.") Everyone else on the screen, from the simply exhausted Butler pilot to the-perhaps-Salvation-seeking fugitive Coulter to the arrogant Filipino militia leader named Gunmar (Evan Dayne Taylor), is treated with such little sincerity by the script that you almost start to feel bad for them

Meanwhile, at the Trailblazer Air Headquarters in New York City, the film backs up its message that airlines, not just their pilots, are ready to go to war for you. A group of people is sitting around a U-shaped table with ominous lighting. The CEO of the airline, Hampton (Paul Ben Victor), uses his contact list in an attempt to locate and then protect the passengers, including those American guys who come with their own equipment. No witty PR bachelor named Scarsdale, played by Tony Goldwyn, has all the answers and a lot of "give birth, too, like when he barks," if you have plans for new year's Eve, I just canceled them."He tells us how these scenes are shot with the same feeling as the boardroom in one of Butler's films "Olympus Has Fallen". Like other parts of the wonky tournament on a disappointing holiday this is "airplane," makes for an exaggerated joke with no punchline

Summary of the film
Commercial pilot Brody Torrance, a former RAF pilot from Scotland, is flying trailblazer Airlines flight 119 with 14 passengers and three crew members from Singapore to Honolulu via Tokyo. Among the passengers is the fugitive suspect in the murders Louis Gasparri, who is accompanied by a RCMP/GIC officer on his way to Canada. Taking advice from one of his superiors, Brody takes a shortcut across the South China Sea, but the plane is badly damaged by a storm and a flight attendant and a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer are killed during the unrest. The plane made an emergency landing on what turned out to be the island of Jolo in the Philippines

In New York City, the Trailblazer Council calls Scarsdale, a crisis manager. He sends a special military uniform to rescue passengers, as the authorities do not want to send troops to the rebel-held island. Brody goes to the forest for help, accompanied by Louis. At an abandoned warehouse, Brody calls his superiors and his daughter to tell them their location, but he is attacked by a rebel who subdues him. They encounter a website used by the rebels to make ransom videos and get back on the plane, but are beaten by rebel leader Datu Junmar, who kills a Korean couple trying to escape and takes the surviving passengers and crew members hostage, aiming to secure a large ransom from their families

After the group leaves, Brody and Louis overpower the remaining rebels and force them to reveal the location of their hideout. Before leaving, Brody leaves a note to inform the rescue teams about the situation. At the rebel hideout, Brody and Louis kill the guards and the passengers and Crew sneak onto a bus. Brody decides to stay behind to distract the rebels. As he is about to be executed, the rescue team arrives, causing heavy losses in the lives of janmar's men

Returning to the plane, Brody and his assistant Samuel Daily manage to shoot down the plane and gather everyone inside to take off. The Scarsdale group creates a Barrett M82 anti-materiel rifle to increase firepower and together with Lewis they fight Gunmar's men. Louis chooses to stay behind to distract Junmar's forces and allow Scarsdale's team to board, preventing Junmar's attempt to blow up the plane with an RPG and later fleeing into the jungle with a bag of ransom money brought by the mercenaries. Despite being shot in the leg during the shootout, Brody crushes Gunmar under the wheels of the plane during takeoff

The plane is too damaged and too low on fuel for a long flight, but Brody manages to land the plane on the neighboring island of Siasi. Since the rescue team on the island is taking care of the passengers and crew, Brody calls his daughter and tells her that he will return home
